Our Wash Lanes module delivers a detailed, bay-by-bay snapshot of activity: which lanes are active, queued or idle at any given moment. New arrivals are automatically slotted into the next available bay, or you can manually reroute vehicles to balance workloads. Embedded upsell prompts allow attendants to add premium services—such as wheel shine or under-chassis treatment—with a single tap, driving incremental revenue. Load-balancing recommendations highlight overused or under-utilised lanes, preventing bottlenecks and maximising the number of washes processed per hour. Our story

In 2016, entrepreneurs Lars Heyndijk and Jeffrey Broere joined forces to provide solutions to the challenges faced by truckwash owners. The result of their collaboration became HB Truckwash Maasvlakte & HB Truckwash Software, an innovative system now available to businesses like yours. The system has been extensively tested and developed for more than four years in their own truckwash, which grew into the fastest growing and largest truckwash in Europe. It is designed by truckwash owners, for truckwash owners and therefore offers unique insights and solutions for the industry.

Since successfully implementing the software in their own truckwash, Lars and Jeffrey have opened a second location in 2021. This location runs entirely on the Nuvix Truckwash Software. Their mission is to help logistics service providers around the world with their innovative software and support them in lowering their operational costs and reducing their carbon footprint.
